Please note: The re-evaluation requests will be received till 23:59, December 8, 2025. Any requests received after 23:59 on December 8, 2025, will not be entertained.
The last date for submitting re-evaluation requests for the Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Andaman & Nicobar region only is 18:00 on December 10, 2025, due to the delayed publication of the RMO scores for this region.
To whomsoever it may concern
Thank you for submitting re-evaluation requests. Please note the following.
- The provisional score of RMO 2025 may either increase or decrease or remain the same after re-evaluation. If there is no change in provisional score after re-evaluation, it should not be construed as “no re-evaluation was done”.
- As a matter of policy the emails sent to HBCSE along with the re-evaluation requests will neither be replied to individually nor would they be referred to before, during or after the re-evaluation is conducted. In fact it should be noted that such emails are seen as means of inducing bias in the minds of the evaluators. Please refrain from writing such emails to us no matter how noble the intentions may be.
- The final scores of RMO 2025 will be declared along with the final results of RMO 2025. The final results of RMO 2025 will be declared on or before December 16, 2025. Please keep checking this page intermittently.

The earlier versions of the RMO 2025 solutions uploaded on this page had marking schemes incorporated alongside solutions to the problems. These files were uploaded in error. We realise that the marking schemes have now become public knowledge. However, please be informed that the marking schemes uploaded here might have been modified by the regional evaluation committees during evaluation as they deemed fit. Therefore there are possibilities of mismatch between actual score and expected score per problem and in aggregate.
Please note that the official solutions published here are NOT the ONLY possible solutions to the problems which appeared in the RMO 2025 papers. Other solutions may or do exist. If you have any comments on the questions then please write to rmo2025feedback@gmail.com . Please be informed that no reply will be sent to the emails received and any email received after 12:00 , Wednesday, December 3, 2025 will not be entertained.

Mathematical Olympiad Brochure 2025-26
- Important: Due to the ongoing situation related to weather events, Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) 2025 is cancelled for center AND students in region 04 and 05. Please consult the attached list to see if you are affected.
- For other students/centres not in the list, the examination will take place as before. Alternatives for these centers/students will be announced by 14th September, 2025.
Announcement (EGMOTC 2025)
The European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp (EGMOTC) 2025 will be held in Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), Mumbai from December 5 to December 20, 2025.
Announcement of the stages of selection for the 2025-2026 cycle
In the 2025-2026 cycle the selection to the International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp (IMOTC) will be accomplished in three stages.
First stage exam:

Second stage exam :
In view of the postponement of the IOQM 2025 examination in regions 04 and 05 to September 28, 2025 it has been decided to postpone the RMO 2025 examination in ALL regions from November 9, 2025 to November 16, 2025. This will allow RMO 2025 to be held in all regions on the same day.
